Pin the baseline recognizer and its word error rate

Run a pinned baseline recognizer over the frozen test split with a fixed text normalization rule. Report word error rate overall and for each labeled dialect group. Deliverable: A normalization script, a per-utterance output file, and a baseline table with dialect_group, utterances, and word_error_rate.
