For each of the five noise levels, count the seeds whose diagram has exactly one degree-1 bar above the frozen threshold. Report the fraction out of 100 with a binomial interval. Deliverable: A results table with noise_level, recovered, total, fraction, and interval bounds, plus a scorer that rejects a threshold changed after task 1.
