Extract subgroup effects and interaction estimates

For each trial and age group, extract the HbA1c treatment difference, its uncertainty, and the arm sizes, plus any reported interaction test. Record a missing value rather than deriving one silently from a figure. Deliverable: A table with trial, age_group, treatment_difference, confidence_interval, n_per_arm, interaction_p, and data_source.
