Locate the susceptibility peak at each lattice size

Measure magnetic susceptibility across the frozen temperature grid for each of the three sizes and estimate the peak temperature with an uncertainty from resampling. Deliverable: A CSV with lattice_size, temperature, susceptibility, and error, plus a peak table with lattice_size, peak_temperature, and uncertainty.
