Score blind-period error and humidity-dependent bias

Compute mean absolute error per sensor over the blind period and test the 5 µg/m³ target. Bin the residuals by relative humidity and report bias per bin along with the hours dropped for missing data. Deliverable: A scorer reporting per-sensor mean absolute error, a humidity bin table with bias and counts, and a missing-hours summary.
