Confirm the code uses the sensitivity and noise scale the proof requires, and test the sampled noise against its stated distribution. Reject a build that clips, rounds, or reuses noise in a way the proof does not cover. Deliverable: A checker with fixtures for a wrong noise scale, a truncated distribution, and a reused noise draw, with a report for each.
