Run the leave-one-sensor-out sensitivity analysis

Pool the matched-pair differences, then repeat the pooling with each sensor removed in turn. Report how far the pooled difference moves and flag any sensor that drives the result. Deliverable: A sensitivity table with removed_sensor, pooled_difference, and interval bounds, plus a scorer that recomputes the pooled value from the raw pair table.
