Fit the calibration and predict the blind period

Fit each sensor's correction on the calibration period alone, including any humidity term, then apply it unchanged to the blind period. Record the fitted coefficients per sensor. Deliverable: A coefficients table per sensor and a CSV with sensor_id, hour, raw_value, corrected_value, and reference_value over the blind period.
