Pool the effects and test bulk-density sensitivity

Compute a pooled five-year effect with a heterogeneity statistic, then repeat it under alternative bulk-density assumptions and with each study removed in turn. Deliverable: A sensitivity table with assumption, removed_study, pooled_effect, and interval bounds, plus a checker that recomputes each normalized effect from the raw depth values.
