Verify the scorer and the ground-truth map

Recompute precision and recall from raw explanation outputs with an independent implementation. Confirm the ground-truth map matches the classifier code by ablating each feature in turn. Deliverable: A checker that rejects a mismatch between the map and the classifier and flags any tuning performed on the 1,000 frozen cases.
