Fix the starting value, the discarded iterations, the measured iterations, and the r grid used to observe period doubling. Compare observed orbit periods against the analytic boundary. Deliverable: A script and a table with r, observed_period, and agreement_flag; the numerical run supports the analytic proof and does not replace it.
