Simulate the optical multiplier across the noise sweep

For each of the 100 frozen matrices and each noise level, run a fixed number of noise draws and record the normalized output error of every draw. Deliverable: A CSV with matrix_id, noise_level, draw, and normalized_error, plus the simulator revision and seed.
