Build the frozen synthetic migraine diary benchmark

Generate daily diaries for a fixed number of synthetic participants over 12 months from a recorded seed, then apply two missingness mechanisms, one independent of symptoms and one dependent on them. Seal the complete diaries. Deliverable: A generator, the masked diary files with checksums, a sealed complete-data file, and the realized missingness rate per mechanism.
