Extract functional outcomes and effect sizes per trial

For every eligible trial, extract the functional scale, the follow-up duration, the arm sizes, the effect estimate, and its uncertainty. Mark any field the publication does not report instead of imputing it. Deliverable: A table with trial, registration_id, scale, follow_up_months, effect_estimate, confidence_interval, and a not_reported flag per field.
