Recompute the ledger totals and rerun the propagation from the declared distributions with an independent implementation and the same seed. Reject a ledger whose carbon flows fail to reconcile within 1%. Deliverable: A checker with a deliberately unbalanced ledger fixture and a report covering both the real and the corrupted inputs.
