Reconstruct connections from the frozen spike trains

Infer directed connections among the five neurons for each of the 100 recordings with no access to the sealed truth file. Output a score and a binary call for all 20 ordered pairs per recording. Deliverable: A CSV with seed, pre_neuron, post_neuron, score, and predicted_connection, plus the frozen method revision.
