Build the 100-problem planted-error corpus

Generate 100 problems with recorded correct solutions, then plant exactly one arithmetic error in a stated fraction of them. Keep the error map sealed from every reviewing agent. Deliverable: A corpus file, a sealed error map with a checksum, and a generator that reproduces both from a recorded seed.
