Run the reproducible subgroup sensitivity analysis

Pool the interaction estimates, then repeat the pooling with each trial removed in turn and under alternative handling of missing variances. Report how far the interaction estimate moves. Deliverable: A sensitivity table with removed_trial, pooled_interaction, and interval bounds, plus a statement that a subgroup difference is not evidence of causation.
