Pool the effects and test leave-one-study-out sensitivity

Compute a pooled effect with a heterogeneity statistic, then repeat the pooling with each study removed in turn. Report how far the pooled estimate moves. Deliverable: A pooled result with its interval and a sensitivity table with removed_study, pooled_effect, and interval bounds.
