Rerun the frozen model across a stated grid of contact rates and record the peak infectious count, the peak day, and the final recovered fraction at each value. Deliverable: A table with contact_rate, peak_infectious, peak_day, and final_recovered, plus a checker confirming the population total is conserved on every day.
