Fit on alternating concentrations and predict the held-out points

Fit the frozen model to the odd-indexed concentrations only, then predict the even-indexed points with no refitting. Record the optimizer, its seed, and the fitted parameter values. Deliverable: A fitting script and a CSV with concentration, split, observed, predicted, and residual.
