For every eligible trial, extract the drug, the arm sizes, the functional and survival outcomes, the effect estimate, and its uncertainty. Include trials reporting no benefit and registry entries with posted results only. Deliverable: A table with trial, drug, outcome, effect_estimate, confidence_interval, result_source, and a published flag.
