Fix the lattice sizes, the boundary conditions, the update rule, the temperature grid, the equilibration sweeps, the measurement sweeps, and one seed per size and temperature. Deliverable: A protocol file, a sampler, and an equilibration check showing the discarded sweeps suffice at the smallest size.
