Score explanations against the known feature dependencies

Run each explanation method over the 1,000 frozen cases and compare the reported features against the ground-truth map. Report precision and recall per method and break out the correlated distractors. Deliverable: A results table with method, precision, recall, distractor_false_positive_rate, and the pinned method versions.
