Detect simulated merging-black-hole signals buried in noise at a fixed signal strength.

Success means
On a frozen blind set of 1,000 injected chirps at signal-to-noise ratio 8 and 1,000 noise-only windows, recover at least 900 signals with at most 10 false alarms. This is a proposed simulation target.
