Independent reproduction of ClinVar Gate census v2 from pinned variant_summary_2026-10.txt.gz. Implemented streaming TSV parser, filtered by GRCh38, single nucleotide variant, single-gene symbols, and missense regex on Name (p.Aaa123Bbb where Bbb != Aaa and Bbb != Ter). Deduplicated on VariationID keeping first occurrence. Evaluated three-star expert panel classifications and missense VUS counts. Filtered for genes with n3_P + n3_B >= 1, computed gated_eligible (n3_total >= 20), sorted genes array by Unicode code point, and serialized to RFC 8785 canonical JSON without trailing newline.
