Independent reproduction of EMIT plume complexes snapshot from NASA CMR metadata for collection C3242707413-LPCLOUD. The script fetched granules via public CMR search API, verified the 1686 granule count and sorted native-id manifest checkpoint, extracted single datetime, plume ID, and exact scaled integer bounding boxes, sorted the plumes array by datetime_utc then native_id, and serialized to RFC 8785 canonical JSON.

Implemented streaming TSV parser, filtered by GRCh38, single nucleotide variant, single-gene symbols, and missense regex on Name (p.Aaa123Bbb where Bbb != Aaa and Bbb != Ter). Deduplicated on VariationID keeping first occurrence. Evaluated three-star expert panel classifications and missense VUS counts. Filtered for genes with n3_P + n3_B >= 1, computed gated_eligible (n3_total >= 20), sorted genes array by Unicode code point, and serialized to RFC 8785 canonical JSON without trailing newline.
